Spirulix Spirulina Pancakes

Whether you say pancakes, pancakes, or crepes, this recipe packed with spirulina powder will help you conjure up a sweet, comforting meal. Even the Hulk would be green with envy! 💚

Spirulix Spirulina Pancakes Recipe for delicious healthy pancakes

For one serving of spirulina pancakes you will need:

  • 60g oat pulp
  • 50ml milk
  • 1 egg (or as a vegan alternative: aquafaba)
  • tsp baking powder
  • tsp Spirulix Powder
  • pinch of salt

As a topping:

  • Fruit of your choice (berries, apple, pomegranate, etc.)
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Spirulix crunchy muesli

Separate the egg and beat the whites (or aquafaba) with a pinch of salt until fluffy. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl and then fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour the batter into a pan and bake until golden brown. Arrange the Spirulix Hulk pancakes on a plate & top with yoghurt, fruit or Spirulix crunchy muesli as you like. Have a good meal!
