Spirulix Spirulina Pancakes
Whether you say pancakes, pancakes, or crepes, this recipe packed with spirulina powder will help you conjure up a sweet, comforting meal. Even the Hulk would be green with envy! 💚
For one serving of spirulina pancakes you will need:
- 60g oat pulp
- 50ml milk
- 1 egg (or as a vegan alternative: aquafaba)
- tsp baking powder
- tsp Spirulix Powder
- pinch of salt
As a topping:
- Fruit of your choice (berries, apple, pomegranate, etc.)
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp Spirulix crunchy muesli
Separate the egg and beat the whites (or aquafaba) with a pinch of salt until fluffy. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl and then fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour the batter into a pan and bake until golden brown. Arrange the Spirulix Hulk pancakes on a plate & top with yoghurt, fruit or Spirulix crunchy muesli as you like. Have a good meal!
