Information according to § 19 paragraph 3 AStG (Alternative Dispute Settlement Act)
According to Section 19 (3) AStG, if we are unable to reach an agreement with the consumer in a dispute, we have the consumer on paper or another durable medium (e.g. e-mail) to the competent body for alternative dispute resolution, hereinafter referred to as AS body , to point out.
The AS positions planned for us are:

We will not participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the AStG and are not obliged to do so.
